About the Position
As a Technical Project Manager at Surikat, you will be part of our Implementation Team, which currently consists of a Head of Implementation and two Implementation Managers. You will work closely with your team, other departments within the organisation, and with external clients. The role includes both supporting existing projects and leading your own initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Project and sprint planning
Ensuring project timelines are met
Following up on deliverables
Planning and coordinating testing
Providing support in projects and testing
Create both client-facing and internal documentation such as "quick tips" and "how tos"
Educate users on software functionality as well as on data entry, system administration, user security, and user permissions
Take part in and lead project meetings
Who You Are:
To thrive in the role of Technical Project Manager, we believe you are a structured and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable handling large amounts of documentation. You are driven and solution-focused, with the ability to think outside the box and identify the necessary tools to tackle different challenges.
As this role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders, you should have strong interpersonal skills while also being able to work independently and drive your own tasks forward efficiently.
We would like you to have experience in leading projects and be comfortable working with various IT systems. As occasional travel may be required, a valid driving licence and passport is essential.
Experience and knowledge of the transport industry are considered advantageous.
